By downloading or using the Magpop mobile game (the "Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Use
- You may play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- The Game is for ages 13 and up.
- You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, or try to bypass its ad or purchase systems.
- All rights to the Game's design, code, graphics and sound belong to its developer.
- Your progress is stored only on your phone. It may be lost if you change phones or uninstall the Game.
Ads
The Game is free and shows ads. Watching rewarded ads is always your choice. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Premium
The premium pack reduces ads in the Game and gives some extra benefits, which are listed on the purchase screen. Optional rewarded ads may stay available in premium for extra benefits. There are two options:
- Monthly subscription: valid for one month from purchase and renews automatically every month until you cancel. You are charged through your Google Play account at the start of each period.
- Lifetime pack: a one-time payment. You are not charged again, and it stays active on the Google account that bought it.
Prices are shown on the purchase screen as provided by Google Play, in your local currency.
Cancelling: you can cancel the subscription at any time in Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the Game does not cancel it. After you cancel, premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then turns off.
Refunds: Google Play handles payments, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policies: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Restoring: if you change phones or reinstall the Game, sign in with the same Google account and tap "Restore purchase" on the purchase screen to get premium back.
Limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for lost game progress arising from use of, or inability to use, the Game. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your consumer rights.
Right to make changes
We may change the Game, its features, the scope of premium and these terms. The current terms are always available at Settings > Terms of Use in the Game. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new terms. Changes do not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for.
